McMahon Airborne Logistics is accepting applications for a full-time, A&P Mechanic position (must have I.A.). McMahon is a 43-year-old company, operating under FAA Parts 135 and 145. A&P's are tasked with the day-to-day maintenance and inspections of McMahon's Bell 430 fleet and a very limited number of external customer aircraft. All maintenance takes place at McMahon's new hangar facility located in Canton, Michigan, with the rare exception of an aircraft have mechanical issues in away from base. Mechanics are scheduled to work Monday through Friday during a normal 8-hour shift. Weekend days and OT is very limited and comes with OT or call-out pay schedule. All aircraft return to base each day. There is no travel required unless on the very rare occasion an aircraft has a mechanical issue away from base.

Job Requirements:

​

• Minimum of 5-years experience working on turbine helicopters as a licensed A&P Mechanic.

• Must hold a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant mechanic's license.

• Must have Inspection Authorization.

• Must hold a valid driver's license.

• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid U.S. Passport (as some McMahon operations take place in Canada). 

• Must have high school diploma.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Must be willing to commute to work each work day.
